This website is owned and operated by Erika Taguchi. All content, artwork, and products available on this site are the intellectual property of Erika Taguchi unless otherwise stated. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through erikataguchi.com.
Each original artwork is a one-of-a-kind piece. Once sold, it will be removed from the shop. All sales of original artwork are final. Colors may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen due to differences in monitor calibration and photography.
Prints are reproductions of original artworks. Each print is produced with care to ensure color accuracy and quality. As with original artwork, colors may vary slightly from on-screen appearance. Print sizes and paper specifications are listed in each product description.
Artwork licensing grants you specific rights to use Erika Taguchi’s work as outlined in the individual license agreement provided at the time of purchase. Licensing does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original artwork. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution of licensed artwork is strictly prohibited.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Erika Taguchi reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Prices in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order.
Payment is processed securely at checkout. Erika Taguchi does not store your payment information. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.
Orders are shipped within the United States via standard carriers. Processing time is typically 3–5 business days before shipment. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
International shipping is available to select countries. Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your location. If your country is not listed, shipping is currently unavailable to your location.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Erika Taguchi has no control over customs delays or additional charges and is not responsible for them.
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped. Erika Taguchi is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier once the package has been handed off for shipment.
All sales are final. Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of the products sold on this site, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact erika@erikataguchi.com within 7 days of delivery with:
Erika Taguchi will review your claim and, at her discretion, offer a replacement or store credit for verified damage or shipping errors. This does not apply to damage caused after delivery.
All artwork, images, and content on erikataguchi.com are the exclusive property of Erika Taguchi and are protected by copyright law. Purchasing a physical product (original artwork or print) does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, display, sell, or create derivative works from any artwork on this site without explicit written permission from Erika Taguchi, except as expressly granted in a licensing agreement.
Personal, non-commercial sharing of product images with proper credit to Erika Taguchi (e.g., on social media) is welcome and appreciated.
Personal information collected during checkout (such as your name, address, and email) is used solely to fulfill your order and communicate with you about your purchase. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required to process payment and fulfill shipment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erika Taguchi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of products. Total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product.
